Fleet services

Every vehicle off the road is costing you money.

We come to your yard, depot or driver's location — cars, vans, 4x4s and agricultural vehicles — so your fleet keeps earning while we handle the tyres. Priority response, scheduled servicing, honest fixed pricing.

RACApproved 5.0 on Google 24/7 emergency response

Less downtime. More vehicles earning.

Fleet tyre problems don't wait for opening hours — and neither do we. Here's how a DMS fleet account keeps your business moving.

01

Free first fleet check

We start every new fleet account with a free check of every vehicle — tread, pressures, damage and valves — so you know exactly where you stand.

02

Priority, on your site

Fleet accounts get priority appointment times anywhere in our coverage area, and there is no call-out charge in working hours — even on same-day emergencies. Out of hours the call-out is £80+VAT, with mileage added over longer distances. We fit at your yard or depot.

03

Fast turnaround

Vehicles back earning, not waiting. Most fleet jobs are done same-day, with 24/7 emergency response when a driver is stuck.

04

Scheduled servicing

Regular tread, pressure and valve checks planned around your quietest hours — so problems are caught before they take a vehicle off the road.

05

Experienced technicians

The same RAC-approved fitters every visit — 15+ years working on cars, vans, 4x4s and agricultural machinery. Your drivers deal with people who know your fleet.

06

One local number

Nationwide-quality service with local accountability. One call, one invoice, no call centre — covering Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and the Peak District.

Cars, vans, 4x4s and agricultural vehicles all covered. Further fleet checks after your free first one are charged at a simple fixed rate.

"Called at 6pm, back on the road for 7pm. Helped a lot as I had airport runs to do that night."

Who we look after

Fleets we already run tyres for.

From two vans to a yard full. If your vehicles earn money by moving, standing still is the expensive part.

Trades & contractorsTransits, Vivaros and pickups carrying tools and materials. Fitted early or late so the working day survives.
Couriers & last mileTight delivery windows and high mileage. We fit around the round, including before the depot opens.
Care & communityDomiciliary care and community transport, where a vehicle off the road means visits missed.
Taxi & private hireHigh-mileage cars that need legal tread for licensing checks, not just for the MOT.
Company car schemesFitted in the office car park during the working day, so no employee loses an afternoon.
Plant & groundworksTippers, plant trailers and site vehicles, fitted on the site rather than dragged to a depot.
Agricultural fleetsFarm pickups and trailers alongside the tractor work we already do on the same visit.
Hire & leaseTurnaround between hires, with tread and damage recorded per vehicle for the file.

How an account works

One number, one invoice, no admin.

Opening an account takes one phone call. There is no minimum fleet size and no contract — plenty of our accounts run three or four vehicles.

Priority responseAccount vehicles go to the front of the queue. A van off the road is treated as urgent, because it is.
No in-hours call-out chargeFleet accounts pay no call-out charge in working hours, including same-day emergencies. Out of hours it is £80+VAT, agreed up front so you can budget and confirmed on every job.
Free first fleet checkWe come to your yard and check tread depth, pressures, age and damage across the fleet, and tell you what needs doing and when. No charge, no obligation.
Per-vehicle recordsEvery job recorded against the registration — what was fitted, when, and what was flagged for next time. Useful when a compliance audit lands.
Invoiced, not cardDrivers never need to pay at the roadside or claim it back. The work goes on the account and you get one invoice.
Out of hours cover24 hours, 365 days. Night shifts, early starts and weekend work are normal for us, not an exception.
REACT licensed and RAC approved fittersWe can attend motorways and trunk roads legally, so a driver stranded on the M6 or A500 does not have to wait for recovery first.

The compliance side.

Tyres are one of the most common roadside prohibition items. If you operate vehicles, the liability sits with you as well as the driver.

1.6mm

Legal minimum

Across the central three quarters of the tread, right around the tyre. We flag anything under 3mm on a check so you can plan the replacement rather than react to it.

£2,500

Fine, per tyre

Plus three penalty points on the driver's licence, per illegal tyre. On a four-wheel vehicle that is a five-figure exposure and a licence at risk.

Records

Kept per registration

Every fit and every check logged against the vehicle, so you can show what was done and when if you are ever asked.

Fleet questions.

Is there a minimum fleet size?

No. Some of our accounts run three vehicles, some run thirty. If tyres are a cost you would rather manage than firefight, an account makes sense.

What does the call-out cost on an account?

Nothing in working hours. Fleet accounts never pay an in-hours call-out charge, even when we come out the same day — that is one of the main reasons operators put their tyres with us. Out of hours it is £80+VAT, with mileage added over longer distances, agreed when you open the account so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Can you work outside our operating hours?

Yes — that is usually the point. Most fleet work happens before the first shift or after the last one, so the vehicle is ready when the driver is. We cover 24 hours, every day.

Do you handle roadside breakdowns for our drivers?

Yes, including motorways and trunk roads — all our fitters are REACT licensed and we are RAC approved, so we can attend the M6, A50 and A500 legally and safely rather than waiting on recovery.

What is included in a tyre price?

Fitting, balancing, a new standard rubber valve and disposal of the old tyre. TPMS sensors are quoted separately where a vehicle needs one.

Do you do the whole fleet in one visit?

Where the vehicles are in one yard, yes — we will work through them in a planned visit, which is cheaper and less disruptive than a series of individual call-outs.
